Return Policy

Kindly take note that the entire process of returning an item may take several days. This duration includes the transit time for us to receive your returned item and an additional 1-2 days for processing once the item reaches our warehouse.

What Can Be Returned? Items are eligible for return within 45 days of receipt (excluding The Print Garage artwork). The merchandise must be in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags intact. You are, however, allowed to try it on. For The Print Garage artwork, the return window is 7 days from receipt. Please contact our customer service to discuss shipping/courier fees related to the return of these items.

What Can't Be Returned? Complimentary gifts or promotional items. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings, face masks, quilt covers, and sheet sets. However, faulty items are exempt from this exclusion.

Charges Associated with Returns: There are no costs associated with the return of items. Initial shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item delivered is incorrect.
