Printing Methods Explained

Most print-on-demand shops? Middlemen.

Us? We're the whole damn production floor.

With 30+ years under the hood, we’ve built a high-powered setup that handles screen, DTG, DTF, sublimation, UV, embroidery – every method, in-house, quality controlled, and battle-tested at scale.

You get fewer delays, sharper output, and real support from people who know their press from their presets. It's not just merch. It's merch that moves.

Every major print method under one roof.

You name it – we’ve printed it, tested it, pushed it to the edge. And now, we help creators, brands, and enterprises do the same.

Screen Printing.

The original merch-making workhorse that still runs the game. When you want bold graphics, high colour contrast, and a finish with unbeatable mileage, screen printing’s your go-to. It uses mesh screens and thick, plastisol inks to layer your design onto fabric with precision – and once those screens are set, you can run off hundreds (or thousands) of pieces with consistent, repeatable quality.

Ideal for bold logos and simple designs with limited colours. Perfect on bulk runs of tees and brand staples. Durable, high-impact, and made to last through festivals, spin cycles, and everything in between.

Direct-to-Garment (DTG).

DTG is your ride-or-die for wild detail and full-colour freedom. It prints high-res artwork straight into fabric (yep, like an inkjet for tees), giving you photo-quality results, smooth gradients, and crisp lines. Perfect for photography-style designs, complex illustrations, and anything intricate AF.

Direct-to-Film (DTF).

DTF is the wildcard of print methods: bold, versatile, and built to stick (to just about anything). It transfers high-res designs onto film, then heat-seals them to garments with a finish that lasts. Cotton? Polyester? Leather? Go for it. It’s made for speed, thrives on variety, and nails the details – making it a go-to for standout results across any run.

UV Printing.

Precision meets instant impact. UV printing lays ink directly onto your product’s surface, then instantly cures it with UV light for a tough, vibrant finish and sharp detail that won’t crack, flake, or fade. It’s perfect for small-batch customisation across hard goods like drinkware, packaging, tech cases, and more.

Sublimation.

Ever seen a print so smooth it looks built in, not stuck on? That’s sublimation. It uses heat and pressure to turn ink into gas that bonds into the very fibres of your material. Your design doesn’t just sit on top, it becomes part of the product. We’re talking edge-to-edge colour, zero fade, and a buttery-soft feel that looks premium and wears even better. It’s the go-to for all-over tees, showpiece drinkware, and merch that’s made to stand out (and stay that way).

Embroidery.

Thread that talks. Embroidery adds instant elevation with rich texture, tight detail, and a 3D finish that doesn’t just say premium – it shows it. Every stitch is locked in to last through wear, wash, and whatever comes next. Perfect for caps, polos, jackets, and sweats, embroidery brings that tactile, pro-grade edge when your merch needs to make a statement.
